The new trailer of Spider-Man: Far From Home has been dropped by Sony. It starts with Tom Holland warning fans not to watch the trailer unless they’ve already seen Avengers: Endgame.
The trailer includes a lot of new scenes and reveals a lot about the Endgame. But Marvel and Sony are in a tight spot where they cannot promote the movie, without giving away some major spoilers.
There are two major scenes which hint’s at Spider-Man being the next Iron Man. The first scene in which we see, Peter Parker with a Spider-Man styled hologram over his wrist in one of the scenes. It looks like Tony had one last surprise left for him. Currently, I don’t know what it is. But I think it might be a new suit which he never got the chance to give.
In the second scene, we see Peter realizing that the world needs the next Iron Man. Although it doesn’t feel right Spider-Man taking the place of Iron Man, but the truth is that nobody else can do it.
If Marvel Studios make Spider-Man the next Iron Man, then there is a lot which they can do. Tom Holland is currently 22, which is significantly much younger than Robert Downey Jr. when he debuted in 2008’s Iron Man. Which also makes it clear that he’ll be playing a big role in whatever team-up movie comes next.
Spider-Man: Far From Home is set to release on July 2. The movie is directed by Jon Watts’ and stars Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon and Martin Starr, with Marisa Tomei and Jake Gyllenhaal.
